Compassion Attentive Therapy
with Saleem Noorali, M.A., L.C.S.W.
and Samira R. Noorali, J.D.
Saleem Noorali, M.A., L.C.S.W., is a psychotherapist with over two decades of experience. Having worked in various settings including non-profit, governmental and private practice, his experience in behavioral health runs the gamut. Saleem’s experience in trauma and relationship counseling as well as addictions helps him to bring a well-rounded perspective to Advanced Therapeutic Services. He calls his therapeutic style, “Compassion Attentive Therapy” because it refocuses clients on the practice of compassion as both an end goal and as a tool for healing.
Samira R. Noorali, J.D., is a published poet, musician and playwright in addition to being the Creative Editor of RecoveryView.com. Her original works explore trauma survival, identity and relationships. Presently, Noorali shares her own transformative experiences in recovery as a speaker and teacher in order to help others find their voice through the literary and performing arts.
