This disclosure is provided to clarify how admissions communications are handled and to affirm our compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including LegitScript standards.

1. Direct Admissions Communication

All phone calls, emails, and electronic inquiries made through https://addictiontherapeuticservices.com are handled directly by Advanced Therapeutic Services staff or by authorized agents acting solely on behalf of ATS.

ATS does not sell, lease, or transfer inbound calls, leads, or inquiries to third-party treatment providers.

2. No Patient Brokering

Advanced Therapeutic Services does not engage in patient brokering, patient steering, or referral-for-compensation arrangements.

ATS does not:

  • Pay for patient referrals
  • Accept payment or incentives in exchange for referring patients to other providers
  • Use lead aggregators that sell or resell patient information
  • Route calls to unrelated or unaffiliated treatment facilities

All admissions decisions are based solely on clinical appropriateness, patient needs, and available services.

3. Compliance with Federal and State Law

ATS complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • California law governing addiction treatment referrals
  • Federal Anti-Kickback Statute
  • 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements
  • HIPAA Privacy Rule
  • LegitScript Addiction Treatment Program standards

4. Third-Party Service Providers

ATS may utilize limited third-party service providers for administrative or technical support (such as website hosting, analytics, or secure communication platforms). Any such providers:

  • Do not receive or control patient referrals
  • Are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality
  • Are prohibited from using information for marketing or resale

No third-party service provider is permitted to redirect prospective patients to any other treatment provider.
